If you provide feedback or suggestions about our products or the Site, you grant OneKYC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by OneKYC. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those third-party resources, and your use of them may be subject to additional terms.

ONEKYC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

07 Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEKYC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

08 Changes to the site or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

09 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10 Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OneKYC regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. Use of the OneKYC platform by clients is governed by a separate written agreement between OneKYC and the client.
